Halloween Costumes 2009 Ideas

Halloween costumes for 2009 fall in line with the common trends that occur every Halloween.  If you want to find the perfect costume for 2009 then all you need to do is take a look at the common categories for Halloween costumes.  Halloween costumes usually fall into four categories: movie themes or characters, celebrities and people in the news, odd ball ideas or classic costumes.

Movie Themes or Characters
The year's top movies often play into the year's most popular Halloween costumes.  For 2009 there are already some forerunners in this category.  Disney and Pixar movies are a great option for whimsical characters.  In 2009 the movie Up was rather popular so expect to see many costumes based on that movie.
